8 Account Suspension and Closure

4567 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• In Case of Terms & Conditions Violation
• If KYC verification is not completed
• In cases of suspicious transactions or suspected fraud
• Under the direction of a court or regulatory authority
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

Regarding the return of any valid balance (excluding bonuses) from a permanently closed account, 4567 will decide on a case-by-case basis.
